Bremerton School district has been recognized as a Best Communities for Music Education
For the third year in a row, the Bremerton School district has been recognized as a Best Communities for Music Education (BCME). The BCME designation is awarded to districts that demonstrate outstanding achievement in efforts to provide music access and education to all students.
This award considers the way our schools and community supports music with special consideration given to funding, graduation requirements, music class participation, instruction time, facilities, support for the music program and community music-making programs. Responses were reviewed by The Music Research Institute at the University of Kansas.
Congratulations to our amazing music staff! Your dedication and hard work is appreciated and noticed within and outside of the District!
