Student-Centered Strategic Planning
During the 2023-2024 school year, the Bremerton School District is engaging in a comprehensive Strategic Planning process. The strategic plan acts as a "roadmap" for our school District. The process aims to align participants on a shared vision, common goals, and unified direction for our district’s educational efforts.
We held four community forums in December that were open to students, families, staff and community members. We have two additional community forums scheduled in January.
Student Voice Team is composed of a representative cross-section of students across the District with the goal of embracing the diversity of student backgrounds and experiences.
Core Planning Team

The Core Planning Team met for two full days in November unpacking data, drafting pillars, and discussing goals, and metrics. This group will be meeting again in January.
