2019-1-22:  Bremerton School District's statement regarding the Supreme Court's Decision 

The Bremerton School District is aware of the Supreme Court’s decision not to review the denial of Mr. Kennedy’s requested injunction and will await Mr. Kennedy’s decision as to any further action in the District Court.

2019/1/14 Statement regarding public records lawsuit 

The District takes seriously its responsibility for providing records and information to the public.  Since the filing of the lawsuit, the District has been investigating and supplementing its prior responses to the public records requests submitted by Wendy Maki’s attorney in 2017 and 2018. The District hopes to resolve the dispute amicably, once all requested records have been provided.
